We are glad that you have come here to learn about your neighbors and friends who adhere to Judaism, and are called Jews.

At first glance, Jews could seem to be very different from us, Adventists, but in fact they are very similar to us, and the more we know them the more we discover that they may become our best friends.

Our similarities come first because we believe in the same God and they draw their beliefs from the Bible. The Apostle Paul expresses this truth in this way: “They are Israelites, and to them belong the adoption, the glory, the covenants, the giving of the law, the worship, and the promises. To them belong the patriarchs, and from their race, according to the flesh, is the Christ, who is God over all, blessed forever. Amen.” (Romans 9:4–5).

This website is dedicated to helping you learn the basics of Jewish beliefs, and finding ways that you can bridge the cultural gap between yourself and Jews around you. Everyone wants to be valued and understood. Everyone needs a true friend. We encourage you to invest time in getting to know people from a Jewish heritage. This website will help you to grow in the process!
