The Unreached Need Your Help!

Global Mission pioneers are bringing hope to troubled families around the world as illustrated by this recent story from the Middle East and North Africa region. A pioneer met regularly with a family to study God’s Word. They had a nine-month-old daughter named Miray, who wasn’t growing normally and was slow in developing motor skills. Doctors said she would never walk.

The pioneer prayed for Miray faithfully. He also helped her parents obtain the special milk and medicines she needed. She didn’t get well, but the pioneer kept praying.

One time, when the pioneer and parents were praying together for Miray, the mother prayed a silent prayer: “God, before we take Miray to another costly exam, please show us if this is necessary. If she stands on her own while we’re praying, may it be a sign that we don’t need to continue testing.” Suddenly, Miray not only stood up but also took several steps!

Miray is now two years old and walking everywhere. She is a testimony of God’s healing power.
